So I cant travel anywhere outside Vega system, until I defeat Behemoth? But how can I defeat it with Anin 2000, it is impossible?

It is not impossible, but it is a challenge for a new player with your ship. The key is to kill all the small mantis first, then attack the behemouth. I am presuming you are trying to complete this mission by yourself and it can be done, but it is much much easier if you are in squad. The tactics are essentially the same.
Make sure the small ships you are escorting stay well back - then dash in - select one mantis at the edge of the crowd - shoot it and draw it away from the others to finish it off. Do the same to each of the remaing avengers. Running away is an option when your health gets too low... stay repaired and be patient. This mission is not timed so take it easy and don't rush to get it done. Once all the avengers are dead then make sure you have full health and shoot the behemoth. He will fight you hard. After killing him there will be a chip and a pod. Collect the chip. The pod will be snatched away by a mantis that lands from orbit and you will hear the lovely sound of mission complete music.
All that being said... everyone is in a rush to get to the next system. But you should gain lots of experience fighting and killing mantis before moving to the next planet. I suggest if you are not in a clan who will assist you - making sure you have the best blue bps from the planet you are on and the best system ship. Do most of the white missions so you will have cry and bps to install.
And if you ARE in a clan who will help you - don't let them rush you through the game or you will be sadly unprepared to survive on your own.

Well I tried your tactic several times and I failed, than, just as I started to losing all hope, there was one guy on the Aurora, MrSpock is his name, with big ship, killing Mantis like a joke. I asked him how to defeat Behemoth and he said: "With me of course". He said that I should drop the mission, fly to Orbit and wait for him because of some rules that he cannot be involved in my mission as squad member with superior ship, so he must have a ship from Vega..... Anyway he made a squadron for me and him, we went together and kick ass of all Mantis on the pathway to Einstein guy and then destroyed Avengers, and send Behemonts ass to hell. MrSpoke had SC X Thunderstorm if I am right.
So I think that would be an answer to this riddle. Find some guy who is boring himself at Aurora trying to collect some BP with big ship and lasers that single shot destroys Harvesters.
All thanks to MrSpock. He was actually never met me before, he went on other part of the Vega system to some hangar to do all the preparations, and than came to me, really that is something I will not forget.
Also I hope that one day I will be stronger than him.

What is SM? Yeah, I sold Tank 2000, and I bought Storm 35. Its better.
