Authentication errors in splitscreen server

I tried Logging in to My account
the user is BosskillerGTR
rank 48 in askone server and its in askone server.
and for some reason when I logged in I had this message.

An unknown error occured authenticating your account
please head to our forums or contact support.

is it the splitscreen's problem or my problem. =/

This just happened to me too. It may be widespread.
Everything just crashed all of a sudden... and suddenly I couldn't login.
xD So much for getting to mizar today... ugh.

OH! Quick suggestion. ^^ You should make the title of this thread "authentification error" so that folks find it easily. It took me a few tries. The search didn't return threads with the word "errors" in it initially, so I had to go with authentification xP

xD Yes, but punching in "authentification error" doesn't bring up the plural form of the matter :O
That's all I'm sayin. ^^ It's probably irrelevant... but fweh eh?

Hi,
now is the SS-server down? Splitscreen, try and ask Gamigo what they did to fix their Server. When nothing happens with Gamigo, then with Splitscreen.

Nope, i can't help you as im receiving the same error code. It was working when i went to sleep last night but not this morning. I've tried both the client and the browser version and am about to try it on another computer but it is taking forever to load.
