Ok antiiheroi you made me sit down again instead of going to my bed.
I will tell you what happens here.
Sometimes a player has chosen to take an Elite Membership, thats means;
Buddylist of 250, then they run out of membership and for one reason or another they cannot take it again, so there we go, these players might have already lots of buddys added like eg 230/250,
now what happens when membership runs out, the buddylist amount decreases from 250 to 50, so there you are stuck with buddys 230/50.
Now if you remove 1, you can't add them back before you retake an Elite membership, and that doesn't always happen.
Now big clans has big alliances, that means all alliance clan leaders + clan members are added, also their own clan members are all added to that buddylist.
If you now understand this, they can't add, not one more before they have deleted 171 buddys off their list.
This is just an example for you to understand that even 1 can be too much.
