I'm one of the players that for 2 weeks now been having problems with login,last week i was stuck in the black loading screen for most part of a all day only got resolved when the server restarted at 4:30 AM
now since yesterday my game was lagging a bit so as normally every one does I just try to re log the game ,only to find out that I couldn't log back in,and every time I try it just stays stuck on this white screen or page, http://en.bigpoint.com/logintogame/410/ ,I'm a player that buys membership for me and my son plus gold for other stuff,all together I spend a bit of money every month and I'm starting to think that I'm been left out to dry....I already contacted Pirate galaxy support team,and filled out tickets and so on,and I was directed to a forum post that says that the accounts from bigpoint are going to be moved to SS ,well thats great news but that does not fix my problem at the moment,and I also was told to contact bigpoint help support team,and I did it and till now no answer from them,so please if is there any thing any one can do to help me and other players on this situation,it will be most welcome and I would be very greatfull for your help,thank you so much.

End of cooperation with Bigpoint

Unfortunately nothing can be done until Monday at the earliest. The Information posted in Link above just came out this afternoon or would have been posted earlier

splitscreens support is second to none but until your account is transfered to splitscreen you are still with bigpoint and this is a problem with bigpoint accounts on many games at the moment not just this one, and un like splitscreen bigpoint dont work weekend and splitscreen dont have access to the bigpoint accounts or servers to help you with your problem, your account will soon be moved over to splitscreen where you will find the service to be alot better, i know this does not help you right now but it is reassuring to know your account is safe and will be in the future, just please bare with them while they sort this out, if there is one thing iv come to know of splitscreen is they get things done and they do it as fast as possable
