Draconis is also too expensive, Rares are already 2x price of Sol and ships are 5x the price. If it would just continue the normal price, like ship 2x sol and bp's only a bit more expensive.Ahsoka said:Same with Ship prices, it's hard enought with SMs and Mantis but the first 3 system ships are far too expensive
The Storyline can use some updates, same story but differant missions and ofcourse that we gonna have to buy a ship from antares to continue.defacto said:I think you should remake Draconis first...![]()
I would like if the storyline is same, but dialouges and functions inside missions get improved, aswell as the Visuals, ofcourse!
Indeed.pbhuh said:The Storyline can use some updates, same story but differant missions and ofcourse that we gonna have to buy a ship from antares to continue.defacto said:I think you should remake Draconis first...![]()

Methanoids are Carbon Based Methanoid Breathers, So they look like humans.defacto said:Indeed.pbhuh said:The Storyline can use some updates, same story but differant missions and ofcourse that we gonna have to buy a ship from antares to continue.defacto said:I think you should remake Draconis first...![]()

I would miss the ''old feel'' though.
And i'll just cross my fingers that they don't make the story stupid and irrational...
So far, the newer systems are all the same:
Good guy gets kidnapped, you meet other goodguys, other goodguys help you get the first goodguys, you kill badguy, move on to the next system...
The Vega system is ok, but something is missing...
And besides, all the Aliens feel far too ''human'' if you ask me. Why does the Methanoids have human faces? They aren't human in any way... and the Mantis today are just noobish and pathetic, not disgusting and evil like the earlier ones...
Thankyou Adrana, much appretiatedAdrana said:Consider it done CtMurhy, and it is the proper place for this thread.CtMurphy said:Could one of the FMs please move this to the suggestions sub-board please? I totally missed the Suggestions board... sorry my bad.. and is it possible to remove this post after you've done that too please?I'd appretiate it ^.^
I am glad to hear that Antares has been thought of, it will give a whole new dimension to the game.
Anyhow, I would request to not do a makeover to sm's, as they really are quite hard some of them for new players.
Well Methanoids are actually carbon based. But as you said, just because of that it doesn't mean that they look like humans. Mantis are silicon-based, that doesn't mean that they look like microchipsAhsoka said:Methanoids are Carbon Based Methanoid Breathers, So they look like humans.
This is inaduqate as a Carbon Based Creatures can look like anything. If something is a Methanoid (correct me if i'm wrong) is a race that breaths Methane. So to say there "carbon based" can be in someways wrong.
Well Basicly, the humans are very well build, we walk on 2 feet so our brain could grow. For other smart species would this also be the best way.defacto said:Well Methanoids are actually carbon based. But as you said, just because of that it doesn't mean that they look like humans. Actually, i'm surprised to meet the gaz sister int he first SM, because surely there wouldn't be any female Methanoids if they are completely non-human?
Why would going on 2 legs make it easier to achieve intelligence?pbhuh said:Well Basicly, the humans are very well build, we walk on 2 feet so our brain could grow. If that race is an advanced form of A.G.I whitch has gained Sentiance then yes it wouldn't be a brain but a Computer Core, like the Geth, Mass Effect, and The Xenon, X-Seriesdefacto said:Why would going on 2 legs make it easier to achieve intelligence?pbhuh said:Well Basicly, the humans are very well build, we walk on 2 feet so our brain could grow. Would an alien even use brains to think?
True, but lets get back on topic lol.defacto said:But why would you need a blob of grey mass to think? It's just a way that evolved here on Earth.
Well... we are discussin features of aliens developed in further systems...pbhuh said:True, but lets get back on topic lol.defacto said:But why would you need a blob of grey mass to think? It's just a way that evolved here on Earth.
