ok not sure if anyone has posted about armor but here is my take...

Ancient armor isnt much better than the Meth armor....

Ancient Armor is suppose to be what 25% stronger?...Good sales pitch, the armor is no where near 25%... lets be honest.... its more like 2% if anything...

Also the Ancient and Meth Armor.... I dont see a diffeence between the 2. They are both the same, but for the 6oo plus k cryo... Its alot of cryo to waste when you advertise 25% stronger and its only 2% which isnt worth the cryo.... wish i hadnt gotten it now... Thanks for wasteing the cryo Split Screen...

Your totally true, I tested my meth parsec vs ancient parsec and i won (we had same bp's) and not even close to dying i had 25% HP left... so SS something is wrong... i have the money to buy the ancient armor but i don't untill its changed

You know, since u can do draconis missions with ancient armor, they probably didnt want to unbalance draconis by making armors better.

But the Ancient Armor is suppose to be like a Sirus Armor... which would be somewhat more stronger than Draconis.... But its just another show of what SS's intention are... MORE MONEY with little to give back.

We may say the parsec got 1.000.000 hp and you add another 25%, then the hp will be at 1.250.000 and if my blaster did do 100.000 damage then I would have 900.000 hp left and with my 25% hp I would have had 1.150.000, as you will notice now a pvp if u had 2-3 more crits then your opponent you would win ;P.

We did more then 1 pvp ofcourse lol we did 5 pvp's I (meth) won 4 times against a ancient armored parsec that makes me feel pretty good but its a waste that all those ppl paid 675k but still can get podded by meth parsec's and on ancient planets they are a piece of crap!

we tested against a meth armor parsec meth armor r70 storm, and ancient armor parsec al with drac rare thermo, always does the same dmg, no critis or misses. And it did the same dmg, for all the ships, ancient armor maybe had a pixle more than the meth armors, a pixle of hp isnt no were near 2 or 3 critis..,

also the math of parsec having 1,000,000 hp and ddb doing 100,000 is not a good example, cuz parsec would die in 10 shots, and it takes more than that with no other teks being used

nope with ddb it takes about 10 shots to kill a parsec give or take a shot (depends on crit shots), what makes me laugh is they made the meth armor parsec weaker just before sirius came out so they could add ancient armor and make it look like they have added something which its now clear they didnt

yes it was weird, I've noticed the same, when I had my meth armor in a sniper i did get less damage then the meth armor parsec, and that is absolute not right!

The parsecs hp might have been 1.100.000+20% and sniper is 1.000.000+25%, clearly the parsec got less armor then before... I seem to do more damage with ddb on meth parsec, then i got ddb hits on me...

A friend of mine says ancient armour only gives you more armour against sirius enemies and not players.

A +5% bonus from methanoid armour is added against sirius Mantis/Imperials. However in PVP Mode -5% armour than methanoid is avalible. So if u have PVP Mode off in sirius you get 10% more armour.

So sirius armour/ maybe tech is only for PVE situations.
