Account Lost!

I use to play this game just about everyday a couple of years ago. I decided I would log back in, and check out all the new updates and what not.

Well, the problem is, I cannot log in. I tried my username and password, and it is exactly how I remember. It's just that it restarted me to rank 1. I was rank 67. I would love to play this game again. I created another account to see if my character was still there, and it is. Galm is sitting in the Mars harvester place now, doing absolutely nothing, because I can't log in >.<.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can give some info (my old email address,ect) if needed.

Also, I can no longer log onto my forum account either.

I assume that they were deleted, as someone I use to fly against told me that they got rid of Gamigo accounts or something like that.

Ty for that reply. I have submitted a ticket. How do I check the tickets I have submitted?

I've figured it out, I didn't notice the second email that I got (or the first one rather) that included my password.
