plz 1 i got my acc spended now not 2 long ago yesterday i had midd xp 4 30 days n had 27 more 2 go n my bro buy top1 3 hour n after it went i lost my 27 days next prob 2day my bro went on my acc n instal 3 rares it cost me big crys n got no more crys left so u guy take back i got no crys 2 buy noting n b stuck i dont want 2 sell my ship it was split screan fault can i get my crys back n on instal them off my ship thats fair or if u dont i lose it all ship everything then i guess i leav game sorry 2 say that i spen so much 2 lv 2 60 so plz just give me crys i cant play 2 day i got 2 go out 2 buy food 4 baby so like u guys said sell them back in mess in form but u cant sell it back so plz help me stay in game thanks n gbu

duuuuuuuhhhhh,is it just me or have you exploited a bug? then tried to blame it on your bro? an old tactic my friend. Be honest and admit that you installed the rares not ur brither, and that you exploited a bug without reporting it, and they might be a bit more generous. Also, if you find bugs like this, its a good idea to report them to ss for fixing, instead of seeping them under the carpet and exploitning them, hoping that ss wont find out.

I would advise selling the rares before ss patch the game, so u can get some of ur crys back.

im afraid defacto's right, too many people have used that excuse that its just become meaningless, even if it is true. Even so, my point still stands, you should tell your family to be more careful with private accounts, or dont make the program remember ur login details.

We cant give back any lost cryonite when it comes to that someone has exploited a bug without reporting it to Support or any online GM. It should be obvious that when you can install an item that you dont have the bp for that its a bug. When you still installs that item you have exploited a bug and there for we cant refund any lost cryonite due to that bug. What you should have done is to contact Support or any online GM and asked if this issue was due to a bug and what you could or could not have done due to the bug.

It is true we cannot nor will not replace lost BPs, Cry, Ships or anything else bought with a bug such as that. Also how many times do players need to be advised against giving their Login Info to ANYONE? This includes Family Members.

If what captjohn says is true, that his Brother did it to him, then he is indeed in violation of the Login Credential Security Rule as well as the exploitation of a game bug. Any Player who gives their login info to anyone may find themselves in the same position as those who the Hammer hit not so long ago due to their own ignorance.

There is nothing personal about this and please do not accuse my GM's of being improper and victimising you or your clan. Kimbo plays by the book when it comes to GMing which is one of the reason why he was promoted to Lead GM.
