Subject: Able to unenlist people when out of clan
Description:
If you have the rank able to unenlist people during an enlist phase, and u leave your clan (since u aren't in the enlisted pilots) u can still unenlist any member from your previous clan that were enlisted before you left, any of those that enlisted afterwards or enlisted again, will not be able to be unenlisted.
