A suggstion on Pilot items

Just a little suggestion that I think is worth considering. I'd say that adding a middle bracket to the pilot items would be nice. so like, you have items that can be used for upto 3 hours or you can use them for a whole month, but how about putting in a half way option of a week, maybe two, so like 7-14 days. Because sometimes 3 hours isn't enough time and one whole month is just too long.

Also how about adding an extra effect for the membership. The effect would be that you can buy ship itmes straight after getting the bp without having to fly to the hanger. It's a convenience thing, which fits in well withthe whole point of owning a memebership. Upto you though ^.^

i think its a great idea it gives membership that little bit more but at no disadvantage to none paying players, and i too have thought the item ship needs a week option on all pilot item, 3 hours or a month is just too bigger gap

We based the item times on statistics from the server and common play times for hardcore and casual players. Having too many booster times will be confusing since we already have 3 types of each booster with 2 timing options making it 6 boosters of each variant. (6 xpbooster, 6 bp boosters, etc) Adding a middle bracket will mean we will have 9 boosters of each variant which is too many.

Being able to outfit blueprints on the fly would go against normal space game conventions and would an a whole new kettle of development issues which would inevitably lead to bug which it turn would lead to moaning and ranting.

why would it lead to a bug??? if it is done right first time there should be no bugs at all, and having 9 options per booster isnt that much at all compared with other mmos
