I understand there are a few fans and long time players of this game, undoubtedly they might have done it all ready but..imagine on the shop I see mugs and t-shirts and a couple of hoodies of mantis hive, pg logo, cryo etc..but this is 2026 you could have a company on your behalf print some 3d models of the ships?, happy eagle, chrome, something that looks like a half guy/fish(myst). Wouldn't mind having something on the desk next to my star wars mug.

Would there be any chance that they would stick something on the website saying here is design, have it with TC blasters, metal, wood, plastic this is price + shipping ..shut up and take my money kind of thing?

I don't think the potential demand is high enough to motivate them.
But generic clothes and mugs with the logo of the game? Meh, not worth the price.

On theory you can do it yourself by extracting or re-creation of the 3D models since you cannot directly download the models. Adapt it to make it printable, then print it, if you don't have a printer, there is printing service. Seems complicated? Yes it is so a direct and official seller would be great.

It isn't complicated, I mean the internet is vast on information, but all that effort for a bit of plastic I means it's PG not star wars :'( but close enough

Yes, you can rip the model of course, I remember software like 3DRipperDX working on the client years ago (probably still the case now). However this software handle FOV defomations pretty bad and give deformed models.

The reparation of models can be made in Blender or online services.

Disclaimer, the Code of Conduct don't prohibit such software use. But these models are still propretry of SplitScreen Studios you cannot do anything you want with these assets (except some models you can legally buy here).

Is why I asked if they could do it, no mess. Correct modelling with no adjustments and no getting sued :D
