Yes that should be possible as far as I understand the patch notes

balancing of the extra slot is done by:
- Active Time
- Warmup Time
- Cooldown Time

The testers and GMs tested a few combinations and created a good baseline balancing. But I am certain that we need to adjust it further in real scenarios when players get their hands on that feature.
