Well maybe it was good that I was being sick in bed when the mistake happened ^^
what about if you've already gottena new ship and put armor and a gun on it? the other day i got a bugged drop of 13k cry from a pyro and decided to save it, but the temptation was too much to get a mizar ship....would you let me keep it and i can grind the amount spent back to positive amount or do you have to sell it?Delloda said:Today i will systematically rectifying the cryonite amount in the accounts of around 300 pilots. I'm want to be transparent about the process so you understand how i get the figures.
I will be looking at all 300 accounts at between 9.55 pm and 10.10 pm this is duration of the mistake I made. I will take the highest count from around 10.10pm which had large jumps in cryonite and subtracting the original number from around 9.55pm. Then i will delete this cryonite from your account.
If you bought any ships with this cryonite you will end up with negative cryonite count but I will also delete any ships that you bought with the cryonite and adding the full amount to your account so hopefully you will no in the black again.
If you donated to clan or bought only armour or weapons for your ship, you will definitely be in negative cryonite and i will not remove these...think of it as an advanced loan which you pay back from grinding back to positive cryonite count.
I will not punish anyone for using the cryonite since it was my mistake but using the cryonite will just make it harder for me to get an exact figure for what you legitimately earned. If there is any problems after the fix of your account, please send a ticket to support describing the problem and I will see to it.
And what about ppl that have spend more then 100K in the clan? They can better start over cause thats a lot of cry.Delloda said:the post i wrote explains everything i am doing to rectify the problem. Let me reiterate my process:
1. I calculate the total amount collected during the period of mass cry drop and delete it from the pilot. You will be in negative cryonite.
2. I check to see which ships were bought after the time period using the cryonite and refund the complete amount including all armour upgrades. You will be in less negative cryonite or back to positive.
I will NOT delete ships that were bought before the problem even if there are armour upgrades bought with the illegal cryonite and it is impossible to refund clan contributions thus some pilots will still be in negative cryonite after i have processed their account.
Some pilots have asked if they can keep their ships and suffer negative cryonite. If i see them online while I am processing their account i will allow it but not if it is a parsec class ship.
Rectification : this wans't a bug but a human mistake. A few seconds before the mistake took place, there was a notifciation of an event "Red Sunday will start 2 hours earlier". So, everyone who didn't know what Red Sunday was, thought this was an event. Noone took advantage of a bug.TwistedMetal said:thats not splitscreens problem, anyone that knows how spltscreen works would have known this was a bug and that they would take the cryo back. the simple facts are the cryo drop was a bug and its in splitscreens tos if anyone is caught taking advantage of a bug it is punishable with a full ban. it was clear the cryo drop was a bug and to use the cryo is your own stupid fault
