i killed verrrrrrrrrrrrry much harvs like 30 -20 but all of that did nt finish 1 bar

Were you in a squad? If yes, in a squad, the ammount of xp is shared between the squad members. So if you get solo 100% xp, in a 5 people squad you get only 20% xp.
