Who cares what's someone post count is.. it's a not a race to the top.. I found these threads about "achieving" to 500/1000 and even 2000 posts, but seriously who cares.. I got lots and of count posts, and I didn't even know I have them. Lame threads in Off-Topic are found a lot, and people "congratulate" the poster, but for what? Maybe it was just spamming and bumping.. Anyway this is my opinion, and question, what would that really affect in the "game"..

Since when was the off-topic section meant to be about the game? its called off-topic for a reason, maybe you should read what the off-topic section should be for. And about people opening threads about reaching a post count, for me, its not about "racing to have the most", to me, it just tells me an achievement that I have achieved in the forums, and probably other people feel the same way... well... apart from you, obviously and if you don't care about how much post counts someone has, I don't either, I just feel it is an achievement that I have reached in the forums (like I said). If you don't care about someone opening a thread like this, then why bother post on it? You could've just ignored it -_-.

Most people who are increasing their post counts here at the forum, they have most posts non-sense threads/posts to make one more post.

Not many users are sincerely posting their post count if they have achieved it with real posts, and nothing else.
I found it so childish for to just post stupid things to compete with others, and have the post count increased, then gab all over the forum how they reach this and that amount of posts, and I have more than you and you.

Thats my sincere opinion about increasing post account spammers at the forums in general.
I have no respect for such behaviour.

I congratulate a serious poster for their achievement, but there is no reason to congratulate spammers who just want post counts.

i completely agree starchaser... although my anti spam efforts just count as spam in the end. I will get to 1000 posts eventually- without abusing the three letter game too much

i do see a lot of threads going off topic quickly thanks to SOME members coughdefactocough but it it is pretty good compared to some forums...

It has 155 pages of SPAM, SPAM and SPAM. Whoever posted there more than 2-3 times is a SPAMMER.
