Woe Fields (Draconis)

I unlocked Woe Fields first day Draconis opened up and now, as of tonight, I'm now required to unlock it again with another 700 cry!

Can someone please explain why, as I've wasted/lost 700 cry for nothing and not going to risk another 700cry for the same thing to happen again!
