Windows 7 problem

I just installed windows 7 now when i try to play I can't get in. The browser gets ready to start the game and the white screen of death appears. As soon as the client gets ready to start the game it crashes. I've updated my drivers, installed the latest java, made sure the program was cleared through fire wall but still no luck, i've played on windows 7 before on a friends computer so I don't know whats going on. I really want to play, please does someone know what to do?

Tried everything the client still crashes but now I get a white screen when the game is about to start in browser. I guess thats progress? I sent a ticket and they keep saying update everything before they can make a detailed technical investigation. Any other solutions?

You need to download game client and run it as administrator
you will be able to access game that way

That was the first thing I tried. And Splitscreen still hasn't said anything about this. Well I guess no more PG for me. -.-

when i see your and my report i dont see Direct X part of report on your one ?
so may be your direct x is not up to date
