Why is it hard to get a response?

I want to know why it's so hard to get a response from GMs, forum admins or SS themselves. I've been reading the forum more than i've been playing PG lately and we are being kept in the dark, this was once a really good game with good communication and information, not anymore. you are losing players, i was shocked when i was looking at the ladder ranking and saw so many players with 0 warscore, players who were still playing until recently, something is seriously going wrong with this game.

I'm going to ask this question but i'm 100% certain i wont get an answer, When is the next episode of TAU CETI out?
