Yer issues is most likely connection issues/ wrong password-login name, or the portal you're registered in is down for some reason.

If using client close down it completly and restart it this has effected some users in the past and has work on various occasions

Please go here and proceed as per instructed, if you are still having issues, please file a ticket describing your problem as clear as possible, also do the Java medic test, and include the report of it in it.

Check also you have everything up to date what involves gaming, drivers, graphic card, Java engine etc.

If you play by browser, please clear your internet cashe.
