where has the post gone about getting accounts hacked, please dont say its been deleted

I completely agree with the bugs point. If this was managed on the forums it would be much easier to back up and find bugs on the game. Remember, noone can see a submitted ticket to confirm that the problem is real. If that was managed on the forum, with a guide to submitting bug reports actually on the screen while you typed them ( i.e quick acess to the guide in case you forget while youre writing it,) Then reports could be viewed by other players, confirmed by other players, and extra details could be added by people who have had the problem. That can't be done with a ticket, as it is privately managed, which in many ways is a bad thing. This would also save time as the bug does not have to be tested over and over to see if it is real or just a one off, or at least tested less as more info is given by players.sir-vivol said:keep it professional kimbo

and they open topic where SS n GM's say: well the only way is when u got a key-logger <mallious soft> or u gave ur account details away otherwise it is not possible.
tell what the player should think then.. u say the account-database is secure and unhackable then the only thing else to think its done from the inside.
if u cant understand that then maybe u are not in the right poisition.
if u keeping waving away problems like this with answer that actually say: it's not our end it's on yours.

it's not up to the player to find out how his/her account got hacked.
thats SS their job.. their game.. their programming.. their security..
now apparently there is a security breach.. it's up to you to find it.. dont put this on the victims at the consumer-end.. they just play the game..
and if they didnt install any mallious software and never gave their accountdetails away it is not on their end.
u want us always to believe that what u guys are saying is the truth.. well this goes both ways.
so if a player says he's been hacked and didnt do anything himself to could lead to being hacked you have to believe n search for the answer..
you are always so quick with saying it's not on SS end but on player end.. thats what makes SS a suspicious company..

u guys do this so many times.. let the ppl rant..
u shouldnt reply in rant section anyways.. thats a place for the player to let go off some steam when nothing else in other forum sections work..
u dont have to defend,contradict,oppose etc on anything a player rants about.
just speaking my mind here
