where has the post gone about getting accounts hacked, please dont say its been deleted

We never delete any posts.. it got moved because it was getting personal which i definitely agree with what was happening there.

@Nebulaman. Definitely not a GM since they don't have access to account information and everything they do is logged and also not SS staff as we are paid to do a job and is ridiculous to think that we would tinker with someones account as we are quite professional at work. :(

but delloda, thats like saying a worker of MI5 wouldnt sell secrets to another country, or a factory worker wouldnt try to fiddle with the products. you cant be sure its not one of your staff.. and the way its going, its looking more and more likely it was someone from SS, as i have never given my account password to anyone.
im sure most of you are great at what you do, and very proffesional, but there always one...

I have to speak my mind here. As Delloda has said earlier, there is no GM with the ability to access another players account. And to even accuse a GM or someone from the SS staff for hacking is just ridiculous. Everything we GMs do is logged and even a hint of foul play from a GM would get noticed by Delloda him self or another SS staff member. I have had enough with this accusations against GMs and SS staff members. If you have any evidence to backup this accusations then please I beg you, turn them over to either Support, myself, Astraeus or Delloda. This random accusations need to stop.

i agree, im 99.9% sure a splitscreen staff member would not hack any players account thats just silly to think they would. But kimbo on the other side as you are demanding proof to prove a splitscreen stuff member did or didnt hack his account( which we all know they have not ) he would like proof that its not a server weakness why his account got hacked as well, he says its not a trojen,worm,keylogger he has checked, so now its time for you guys to have a look your end and prove to us your end is all fine, the server did get hacked not so long back if you remember with all them players givin them selfs loads of energy and cryo, so the server can get hacked we know this, but the other thing is is that i think his account is with gamigo and not splitscrren so his account getting hacking due to a server weakness is a gamigo problem as his login info is stored on a gamigo server not a splitscreen one, but if its true then its still a problem that needs fixing or looking into, iv played loads of mmos and even games like WoW and EvE have admitted to accounts bein hacked due to a server weakness, so why never ever cant gamigos or splitscreens server suffer form this same server hacks?????, but i will agree its not a splitscreen member of staff the only reason i know this for sure is im public enermy No1 and im sure im top of the hit list for any splitscreen staff memeber if they was hacking accounts

if a player gets hacked n he knows for sure that he has no mallious software and didnt give account details to anyone.
and they open topic where SS n GM's say: well the only way is when u got a key-logger <mallious soft> or u gave ur account details away otherwise it is not possible.
tell what the player should think then.. u say the account-database is secure and unhackable then the only thing else to think its done from the inside.

if u cant understand that then maybe u are not in the right poisition.

if u keeping waving away problems like this with answer that actually say: it's not our end it's on yours.

it's not up to the player to find out how his/her account got hacked.
thats SS their job.. their game.. their programming.. their security..
now apparently there is a security breach.. it's up to you to find it.. dont put this on the victims at the consumer-end.. they just play the game..
and if they didnt install any mallious software and never gave their accountdetails away it is not on their end.
u want us always to believe that what u guys are saying is the truth.. well this goes both ways.
so if a player says he's been hacked and didnt do anything himself to could lead to being hacked you have to believe n search for the answer..
you are always so quick with saying it's not on SS end but on player end.. thats what makes SS a suspicious company..

go into bugs forum n look what every answer to a problem is... fill out a ticket
it gets old n tired.. too easy answer..
if u dont help in bug forum why the heck is it there then?

and the comments on rants have to stop too..
it are rants.. u dont have to defend the company what so ever..
u guys do this so many times.. let the ppl rant..
u shouldnt reply in rant section anyways.. thats a place for the player to let go off some steam when nothing else in other forum sections work..
u dont have to defend,contradict,oppose etc on anything a player rants about.

just speaking my mind here

I completely agree with the bugs point. If this was managed on the forums it would be much easier to back up and find bugs on the game. Remember, noone can see a submitted ticket to confirm that the problem is real. If that was managed on the forum, with a guide to submitting bug reports actually on the screen while you typed them ( i.e quick acess to the guide in case you forget while youre writing it,) Then reports could be viewed by other players, confirmed by other players, and extra details could be added by people who have had the problem. That can't be done with a ticket, as it is privately managed, which in many ways is a bad thing. This would also save time as the bug does not have to be tested over and over to see if it is real or just a one off, or at least tested less as more info is given by players.

Also, the argument against that is that people quickly post on the forums wittout giving any information, which is about as useful as "there is a bug in the game, fix it ploxploxplox" But you have just posted on the forums that people submitting tickets are not submitting useful ones anyway. So why bother with a ticket system? if the unhelpful reports were just ignored until more information is given, then it would give a lot of players the opportunity to create a detailed report with many players imput. This would make the decent bug reports much easier to deal with.

Another thing with the tickets system, is that people just cannot be bothered to submit them if it is a small problem, i.e one that caused them to pod once or twice but had not stopped them from playing the game. Then they put information on the forums, get that "automated" response to submit a ticket and cannot be bothered to re-type all the information onto the ticket, with the extra details. This means that even if there is a fairly annoying bug, people think "someone else will submit a ticket, no point in me doing it" which ends up in NOONE submitting the ticket in the first place. However, if this was managed on the forum, then people could chip in on the original poster, or see for sure that noone has posted a new bug and therefore post it themselves. Players have no acess to submitted tickets meaning that we have no idea which bugs splitscreen have seen and which ones they havent.

Anyway, I went a bit off topic there, but I honestly think a decent, well organised forum system would work a lot better than the ticket system. ^^

One time, not long ago, i got a message that someone was on my accaunt, I directly changed my password, I don't have problems yet,
