Whats with the constant crashes.

Can anyone tell me why when grinding, I, amongst others, are online for a few minutes then the game crashes.? it never happens otherwise, only when im grinding. And as I pay real money for membership, I feel I/we are getting a raw deal. I know it's not my puter, cause I just had new hard drives installed and upgraded my graphics card so it cant be that. Also, while im in the flow, sometime I get the odd mantis i cant shoot. I'll be shooting away, happy as a sand boy, then Ill shoot randomly at another mantis, throw everything at it, and nothing, Nada. so ill leave it and carry on killing others, but all the time, this little bugger is chipping away at me and apart from loging off or running there is nothing i can do.
Are these unresolved bugs or just server problems?

First off Yes it can be your Computer - Most likely a Network Connection dropping packets causing the DC. Secondly the "Invincible" Mantis is a known bug being fixed
