We had won but didnt win ?

My clan Warhammers had won 1st place on the ladder. but after monday when there should come a sigh of gold skull to our clan , nothing showed up.
so i report a problem. we won on ladder but didnt get nothing !

so please fix this bug and give us our hard earned gold skull !

you only get the achievement and the gold skull goes on the hall of fame not to the clan as i've had it out with support countless times all what is thrown at you is its a beta feature the gold skulls go on the hall of fame they might be added to the clan in the future unless they reset it like they did last time so no point in sending ticket as they could reset the lot and our personal gold skulls could go missing again but you should of receive the achievement for getting warscore leader

Yes, every1 from Clan has the Warscore Leader. And it will be annoyin thing if they again reset that skulls... some players will again stop playin...

Wait guys, personal gold skulls and clan gold skull is diferent thing.

dont even remember me about reset of gold skull, becouse till today i didnt get back mine like alot of ppl..

all i want is to get the gold skull for clan like outhers had did that, we did it we where first with warscore in ladder, so we want same reward like outhers , some clans have multiple gold skulls , we want only our 1 .nothing more. its a problem that can be easy solved.

we are waiting for our 18 gold skulls to be put on our clan but they wont do it i understand what you mean getting your first clan gold skull is hard and you sit and wait for Monday to come and think yes when i log on my clan will have a gold skull then you log on and its not there you feel a bit gutted been though it but hopefully when they sorted it out all clans will be given the gold skulls they earned from doing cqs and winning div1.

But as i was saying its still a beta feature it might be added in the future but again when they did the ladder last time a lot of people lost there own personal gold skull maybe they will sort it and every one keeps there personal and clan gold skulls but would hate for them to rush it over one gold skull and every one gets reset even clans n personal but as support say and as the ladder states when you click on it says BETA so we just got to wait and see think they should focus on next system rather then the ladder tired of sirius anyways fingers crossed they sort both out

i truly thank you for explaining me this, maybe i didnt look at this form this point of view i just didnt know, that there is some problem exeplain my one...
well im one of persons tht had loose gold skull short time after rease of draconis. all was explined that it was beta wersion, but all the time is beta wersion...

think they will keep it beta so they can justify if they do reset it well us as players who put money in for memberships /cryo prot donate log files lose out but they only make it worse on there selfs as a lot more people will just quit but i keep my mouth shut as your not allowed to say anything bad about about ss lol
