warning issues

ok this is a short one... The clan forum rules:

The Clan Forum is a Recruiting Tool for Clans, Not a place for pilots to flame them or violate the CoC or Forum Rules by doing so. Lately it Seems the some Clans have been getting Flamed hard. This will Stop or Anyone Flaming ANY Clan thread may / will have penalties assessed on them.

Consider this a Warning

note: this was posted on the 10th of november. Before this we had no idea what he clan forum rules were (at least not to my knowledge)

The posts I made were made EARLIER then the 10th of november.
These were then removed after you had clarified the rules for the clan forum. That i do not have a problem with... But, you gave me a warning for them.
So you give me a warning on rules I didnt know about that you made up AFTER I had posted there, I was VERY CAREFUL to abide by forum rules, then I suddenly get a warning for a rule that didnt exist at the time I posted...
This smells like a fail.
Then again, I will probably get a warning for this because you make up a forum rule that it goes against after i post it.

It seems that until recently we did not need rules for the clan forums since there were intended for clan recruiting instead the griefing that seems to be evident now. The rules would have been made to counter act this and it is not directed specifically at you but as a whole to the community.
