Vega Shock Pirate Achievement bugged

I also encountered things not working in the pirate kill achievement system. At least it was before I quit for a period of 3 weeks.
Draconis sniper was not registered
Sol sniper the same as above
Vega shock the same as above
Parsec class ship not registered. Dont know if they are meant to count, maybe as draconis ships?
Is there achievement for killing parsec-class ships too? as they are draconis ships now they should count I think. Not got any registered allthough I killed about 20 parsecs-class ship pilots.
And is there any achievement for killing rank newbie ships like the colonial lifter / colonial jet ?
