Vega Pirate / Vega Squadron Achievements

These achievements both involve playing the vega story through again, but being a colonial you can't do some missions over. Do I need to do those missions or not, and if I do how do I bypass the colonial error?

Nope, you need only the last 12 Story Missions + all the Whites
