perfect alignment of a system happens about once a month in a random system that is near perfect and vega is probably the 2nd least likely to have truly perfect alignment (thanks to having the 2nd most orbits). sol is the least likely.

you forgot the stargate your a little to late a little earlier(or later) and you would have caught the stargate in line too

Try to get on the PTR, Then it resets and are all systems aligned.

Vega, Antares, Sol and Draconis are the least likely, Vega and Sol are the biggest, and Vega, Antares, Sol and Draconis have a moon what makes it more unlikely.

I see 1 star system with all planet's and moon stuff in perfect line 0.o for me 1 time a week for less lol it's weird 0.o=

0.o=hmmm/nah
0.o?= hah?

I never knew this only happened once a month! I'd assumed that since all the planets and stargates move at slightly different speeds, they just happen to line up now and then. Kinda like the hands on a clock.

that isn't a perfect alignment, you are one planet off (even if it is 180 from the rest)

I just noticed that one. Didn't knew planet alignment meant all the planets needed to be on the same radius line. Ok, so they just form a straight line, it's still cool.

yeah, these pictures are nice, if you want to travel between the planets, there are better positions of them.

But I have to say it: You can calculate the exact date with seconds, if you know the exact speed of the planets. It's no problem to do it, even the circle is no problem. Only the moons make it difficult.

Greetings

PS: I couldn't calculate it, even with the speeds, but it's possible. Truth ^^

Does anyone know the orbit times of all the planets? That should really be on the Wiki, shouldn't it...

Yeah
if somebody times one circulation, i promise, i'll try to calculate the times. But you have to have all planets of one system. Sorry, but i can't calculate moons, too.

Draconis don't have a moon, what u see is a Hive ship not a planatoid. For something to be classified as a moon it needs to be either an Asteroid or a Planatoid, ships don't count
