i am on and its happy hour... i bought a $20 ultimate game card and its not letting me redeem it... i play on facebook.. and i paid my money to get this ultimate game card into my game..i took screenshots of hour hour and my time. (US) central . Chicago, Illnois.. i bought a game card and i want my gold and my rapid tank... why cant i redeem my game card????????????

first it's about if facebook support ultimate game card or not, it's not here you should ask, since this section, is for gamigo users, not facebook... and you didn't lose the ultimate game card, it's not liek the game took all the cash, and you got no gold
