Transfer-Tool doesnt show up when trying to transfer from Gamigo

I read that they just implemented the transfer tool to transfer your gamigo account to Splitscreen Studios, i logged into my account but it wont show the tool and all Pilots are gone. Any help?

The transfer tool was offered by limited time until Gamigo closed the service. Now it is only possible through Splitscreen support. Open an account where LimitedHansen points, and make a ticket. Support will ask you for your account's user name, then they will contact your Gamigo profile by private message to give you the transfer link.

-i had to make a new mailboxaccount to complete the transfer...
-my old mailbox from where i registered in the first place, was suddently not good enough anymore..?

Yup also had to make a new e-mail to be able to transfer. Or just needed to apply an e-mail that wasn't in use for Splitscreen studios. Oh well, that e-mail is just on the site bench for the purpose of being able to play, i don't use it as my daily e-mail.
