DISCLAIMER: Cus i couldn´t really decide in what section this post would match i put it in the General discussion.
And once again i show up to present you another nifty tool i worked on during the weekend.
- Are you and your Clan Members lost in the flood of Ancient Items that drop at R5 Planets in Sirius?
- Do you sometimes have the feel that a Jump to an R5 was pointless cus every Pilot has the Items already?
- Would you have some sort of Database that shows by a short look if an pilot even needs anything from that R5 that is in your R4 Jump range?
If you answer at least 1 time with yes then i might have the Tool for you... if you answer all questions with no it means i picked the wrong ones

This time i created another Spreadsheet that should make it easier for Clans to see what Ancient BPs the members have already or what items still might be needed for them.
The whole idea of this nifty little tool is to give Clans an better "overview" of their Clan Members to see if they "need" to stay on a planet or if they can consider to send the JS again.
In Theory i can make as many copies of that sheet as there is an request for it that an clan wants to have this as oppertunity. But i would say before you "order your free copy" here an small overview how it works exactly. It might now be a bid pic heavy but it´s the best way of showing.

The List has space for 5 Planets cus in Sirius most of the time 5 R5 Planets are present at the same time + a Clan might not return to a planet once they did continue their journey. Pretty much nothing here atm.
Via the dropdown menues you select 1st the item (Blaster, RD, AB, etc.) and then the ancient type of the system (for example Vega Strong Rockets).
As you can see here already some magic starts to work by colouring the chart (again due to some functions that run in the background) and for better showing (and cus i completed that BP) i marked the Perforator
Each Pilot has his very own "Pilot Sheet" that contains all the items and to make it easier to go to the specific sheet every Pilot will be linked with it individually.
Once you followed the Link you will be brought to the "Pilot Sheet" of the player you selected. The Items will always follow the same way: Basic --> Tank --> Storm --> Engineer --> Stunner --> Sniper --> Defender --> Ancient Ships --> Pattern (yes i even included them lol)
The best way to find the items quickly you wanna "check" is via using the search function (CTRL + F) and like in my case we search for the Perforator section.
Once we have found the item we wanna "Check as complete" we simply click on the checkbox and the Field will turn from red to green indicating that the item is finished.
The real magic starts now to happen in our Overview where we see a small change cus the Cell turned here from red to green as well. Basicly every Pilot Sheet is linked with the main overview and updates automaticly if the items change.
Here is a small example how it will look if some Pilots have checked their items.
As you can see in this example i only miss 2 items from the planet while Subside and Z a z u still need some more items from it. In case of Trollpoh, Thundergod and Thries they didn´t fill their chart yet cus they haven´t seen the info about it yet.

And that was the little tour of my little project i created during the weekend. If an Clan is interested in such a list just leave a note here or send me an PM
