I havent used the ticket system much before the server reset 20.02.2013.
What im wondering is how often do i need to reply to my ticket to prevent it to be closed?
do i need to reply to the same ticket once a day saying " my issue is still not resolved "?
or is it enough to send one reply after SS replied my ticket?
another question is, do i need to be logged off if my items, cryo, xp is to be returned? if so is there spesific time for these things to be corrected?
my story:
in my case i still havent gotten my losses back. i did get a quick reply when i first sendt my ticket and was told to post directly to "this message". in my e-mail it says " You can check the status of or reply to this ticket online at: support.splitscreenstudios--> "
So i replied directly in the ticket using "post reply" button instead of using my e-mail account.
in 9 days i didnt get any fruther messages or any copensation for my loss.
i was getting a bit frustrated since all other pilot-friends of mine got their losses back within 2-4 days and they submittet a ticket after i did. so after 7 days i sent a new ticket that referes to my first one. nothing happends, not even after 9 days.
I contacted a GM online and it seems things suddently happend. I got a new answer saying :
" Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
We will credit your missing items back to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,"
I still havent gotten my losses back, i have replied through e-mail this time to see if that helps with message " the issue still not resolved". question is, do i need to replay every day with the same message until something happends?.
