Think they mean when you could do almost all sm alone, you did only need collect a single bp to have a item, and the prices of items where moderated (from Vega to Sol System) when Draconis appeared items and ship prices went crazy (x5 times more expensive than Sol system, usually prices went up double from previous system), also bp where nearly impossible to find and then they changed the item system, to collect lots of bp to have a single item.

you can still do almost all sm alone, from vega-mizar you can solo all, and on sol u can almsot solo all, even in draconis you can almost solo all, and with outside help, you can really solo all , I think.

This was on older days, now it won't come again. In Draconis system somtimes you could be some weeks looking for a single gold bp if you were lucky.

i suggest 1 items slot where you can change 1 item
(for example i wish i can change perforator to speed actuator) on parsec class
