i keep thinking the worse will happen and my account info will be deleated by the time gamigo fixes this, if so what are my options? just wondering

well. every company has to have backup files for their data and/or a recovery option.

its rare that you details will be lost but in the case they are the best thing you could possibly do is send a ticket and first of all be calm,collected and respectful and just enquire into if there is anyway that either your stuff can be retrieved or if they can match it in any way (highly unlikely) but worth a shot.
