As much as we would all love to have global boosters i don't think this would be the best route, They is always GM's about that can hold a invasion that can make it more interesting and more fun for the Pilots on the server.

Yes i understand that it would be nice once a month but at that point it make the whole point of them being (special) not so special but i can pass this over to Clockwire.
