when I begin the game, it starts, i do the login, and when i choosing the character, the game screen become white, nothing else happens, what should I do to solve this problem, when I had windows XP , the game was running normal, but now in windows 7 ultimate, this problem is happening.

I got windows 7 ultimate N, and for me it's going fine. I think your problem may be network issue, cus if you got a issue and everyone else playing ain't then the PG support might not be able to help'ya. If you pc is rly wicked up, very slow or something, and almost everything is not working fine, there is 1 way, restore the pc as it was when you bought, should solve the issue.

If u installed a windows 7 on ur old system (xp), then probably the diver for graphic card is the issue.
When u install windows 7, most of the time it cant find the right graphic card it installs automatically a standard vga one, which causes problems, including with pg.
If thats the case u should go to the website of ur graphic card manufacturer and install the right driver for it.

If not the case u should chek if evrythin is up to date.

Have you tried to play the game through the client?
It is worth a try, you can download it from SS website, link is under my sig.

The else I suggest you check if you have everything up to date as you were already told, it is very important when you change the OS, to check everything you got what is needed to play games, is compatible with your system.

Graphic cards and drivers, flash, Java, also recommend you to do the Java medic test, link also on my sig.

When you have gone through this all, it might work as should.

Oh and also try to clean up your Internet cache on your browser daily, if you insist on playing with browser.
