Together with a little bit of help from V1-Hyper, I have found a very interesting pattern that I like to call the Color(Pattern) Theory.

It states that not rank, but a few factors including color(patterns) determins which blueprint will drop.

Most proove comes from Vega, I will also allow people to check my theory and where I got them.

My story begins with a person that told me to check the color from mantis and add that to the blueprint list. Or atleast, I got that from the message. I contacted V1-Hyper with my theory since he has discovered more stuff, like the ship armor things etc.

I ignored it a little bit, but when the PTR came online again I started on Hive to check the colors of mantis since I saw that the rank 67 and rank 70's had other colors and also had other drops. Now, my theory got crushed hard, but I did see a very interesting pattern. Rank seem to be connected to Colors.
I found out that rank 67's had a Black-Blue color, rank 68's had a black-cyan, ran 69's had a black-green and rank 70 had a black-yellow color.

It looked like every planet had his own ground color plus another color. Every mantis had it's own color.

But once again my theory was wrong.

After that I tought I was totally wrong. But I tried to find a theory once again and finally got it.

I took a few factors that could affect a blueprint drop,

1. Type of Enemy
- The first thing is often enemies, certain enemies drop certain things.
2. Color
- The second thing seems to be color, rank and color looks to be the same, every rank has it's own color, only 1 thing is differant. On Kalabesh, there are multiple colors on Kalabesh within the same rank, but 1 mantis with differant colors drops something else. The red-green scouts that only appear in Find afterburner blueprint drops the sub-standard afterburner. This indicates that rank doesn't matter, but color does.
3. Color Pattern
- Funny enough, color pattern even matters. This can be seen on Lyris. The Sentinels that drop normal blueprints have Wings & Back color pattern, while the sentinels that drop Evil Stripes have a Evil Stripes pattern.
4. Location
- The final factor that can affect the blueprint drop is Location, it's nearly never seen in higher systems, but In vega on lyris the first 3 factors do not effect 2 blueprint drops and possible much more. The Enhanced Afterburner and Power Collector are dropped by Sentinels with the same pattern, and color. Only the location changes.

I would like to state a few examples, you can check them with the real game, and they would be true.

The ZP Pulsar Blaster is dropped by 1= Mantis Assasins 2= Black-Yellow
The ZP Holophazic Aim Scrambler (I think) is dropped by 1= Mantis Assasins 2= Black-Yellow

There is no other difference find between those, they have the same drop conditions, no differances.

The Sub-Standard Afterburner is dropped by 1= Mantis Scouts 2=Red-Green
If said that: The Sub-Standard Afterburner is dropped by 1= Mantis Scouts 2=Rank 3 it would be wrong.

I hope it helps, and people can understand it.
