Chapter 3
The young girl watched fascinated trough the thick Deluv-Glass windows of the small trader. She felt like a great pilot, sitting in the cockpit seat of the GC-Danube.
- Is that 2 stars?
- That's right, Alexander Ivanova said. Gemini got stars, one blue and one red!
- Daddy, who built the stargates?
- Little Nat, no one can answer that.
Suddenly, one of the consoles in the cockpit started sending out blipping sounds.
- What's that?
- Ships... hundreds of them! They are exiting the stargate!
Jennifer Ivanova opened the cockpit hatch and walked in.
- Allie, what's happening?
- Thousands of ships... they are charging their weapons! i... fire up the thrusters! Get us out of here!

Major Ivanova woke up, covered in sweat, and with the picture of a Mantis printed into her eyes.
Why was she having these nightmares?
She watched the clock in her captain''s quarters. 01:20 AM. The detailed scan results should be done by now... she's better go to the lab now and find the reason of this... it isn't every day a fleet of Mantis vessels get destroyed by Blue beams... who did it? was it a natural occurence? She was eager to find out.

Chapter 4
Major Ivanova was just about to exit her quarters when the door to her small bathroom slid open. She turned her head slowly towards the left, preparing to use her skill in close combat. Somehow, she knew that this creature wasn't part of the crew.
The alien was there. It was shorter than most of the mantis, and with strangely blue eyes.
Ivanova turned the spinning light switch. As the room grew brighter, she saw that the Alien wasn't mantis. When the light came back, it's eyes stopped glowing. Now they looked like the eyes of a fish who had been in the oven for 50 minutes. Transparent and white, without pupils. It's skin was light blue, and slightly transparent. You could see what looked like veins in it's skin.
- Who... are you?
Ivanova only got a scream of wrath as an answer.

Ivanova trowed herself out of the bed.
She must have fallen asleep again...
She reached for her Ion Pistol. She'd better be on the safe side and look trough the bathroom.
Ivanova found nothing, but she had a strange feeling that she didn't dream.
