Sub Standard Repair Droid

ok im stuck on a mission in Vega 2 where i am suppose to buy a RD... but i have farmed Vega 2 all day and not found it.
mostly sententials but no blue drops at all... i have gotten the rare ship a couple times but no RD... is this quest broken?... or is the drop rate broken?.... gotta be one of the 2.

you will get a repair droid. YOu will not be able to find, you need to get it out hangar.

it says follow the droids instrutions...... i do up till he tells me to buy a RD.... there is non to buy.

You are supposed to get the bp when you eneter the hangar. It's probably a glitch...
