Stuns not working

it seems that all stuncharges are not working at all. fix this please?
I tried to stun a lvl 60 tank with the am temporal stun charge, and it didnt do anything.

This bug is already aware of,

It is not being looked up to if it's not reported the right way via ticket system.
You can look that up in your thread where I pasted the instructions how to file a bug correctly,
and to get it to the knowledge of the devs.
A forum topic of the bug might be relevant for other players to be aware of that it has been reported,
but it is inutile to make a further discussion about it, as a perfect bugreport would be enough.

2nd thread opened up of same issue. Please do a search before you post to see if issue has allready been reported.
I found these both easily by viewing "View active topics" and also both was in the front page of
Pluto Starbase - Bugs and Suggestions.
It is considered as spam when threads of same topic and content are posted.
