Stuncharge on Terasa?

Hiya, I'm pretty new, but I've traveled through Antares already. I have a Speed Stun ship from Vega, but no stuncharges. So, I was wondering, if there is a stuncharge blueprint on Terasa, what units carry it? It would be of great help if I could loot that blueprint.

Be careful! Those custodians are mean, and they don't hesitate to stun 'n run if they are close to dying...

I would recommend you to install Antares tech on Antares ship, would be more effective.

You know well that to rank on these low levels is very fast.
There is a huge difference in time on ranking at SOL and at Terasa/Antares.

I'm rank 16 now W00T.
I have a dilemma though. The mission Express Delivery is best soloed, but my Speed Stun isn't good enough although it's got ion thunder blasters and deluvian armour. If I get a tank class then I will have massive cryonite problems and I'll never be able to afford an Antares ship.
What do I do???

Save up and level for the rank 18, seems to be everyone elses solution lol. For a full equipped, maxxed out tech Antares ship (non rare) is about 8-10k

I have done most of the Antares missions in squad, so I think it's possible to do in squad...Don't be afraid to ask for help! Everyone have done it before
