Stun Charge and Stun dome

I have a question about the Stun charge and the Stun Dome. Why does Stun weapons not deal dammage. If someone stun me or a car it would be dammaged, so why not in P.G.? It would be handy for players who's only fly in stun ships. So why?

Probably because they didn't think of it. It could work.

I agree i fly in a mizar stun and i dont have stun charge and stun dome but i would like if they did damage not only make the other pilot not move. :)

A bad idea for me.U saying that stun should stun ships and even damage them?I dont like this.We should know that the sun ships are PvP based ships, means that are created for PvP.A full rare stun can even beat a full rare storm if the pilot is skilled.And a non rare one can defeat a non rare storm.If stun charge and dome would do damage it would be very dangerous and overpowered.

well shocks are pvp based!

storms are more grinding like. Tose thermoblast, aims and rockets of yours can incinerate mantis very fast.

Shocks are made PvP, they not always been.

Shocks are made PvP, they not always been.
In the beginning players barely pvp'd... only in conquests. Everyone was focusing on missions. They started pvping once they finished their missions of antares. We had to wait months for gemini (just like Sol now, but Sol takes longer)

To be honest, this is a pretty terrible idea, if they did do damage, everyone would start using them and there'd be no variety in the game

Maybe they can make something that it only works on mantis, because that's the problem of stuns, they are really bad against mantis.
The disadvantage of stuns with Mantis:
- No protection
- Beacon sucks
- No hit against a group of mantis
- Stun dome loads too long

We can't solve all this problems cause the stun would be to strong in PvP, but you could change the beacon, because this one only works on mantis.
Changes what would be handy:
- More health!!
- All mantis attacks it!!
- A very short loading time!!

Also we can change the stun dome,
- bigger range, how longer the range how worser the stun
- hit against mantis
- shorter loading time

I dint read everything here but...
Its a nice ID Storm is with rare aim overpowered, they must make only rare stun do damage.
Dark_Lord, when a rare stun beath full rare storm, its not the stun skilled but the storm noob...

if the beacon has high heaqlth and aggro, why upgrade it?
People would use lower level beacons and everything would be normal...
Aggrobeacons should be detonated using a detonate button next to scan.

Or you could just scan it, like what you do with the bombs on Op Weakpoint

Yea and the explosion could be like aggrobomb.. and if you used it just to explode on players in CQs it wouldnt do any damage if they didnt attack it

And the further away the mantis, less damage but more chance to crit maybe

Alos, if you deploy a agrobeacon, all players would be forced to attack it if the beacon is from the system or higher

I think that something like that will make Aggrobeacon and Stun ships a little too much overused.. If an idea of one of ours came into the game i would rather just the scan detonate thing

If the aggrobeacon is upgraded, the taunt should also be upgraded. It's even more useless than the aggrobeacon. My idea:

-If you use it on a player he won't be able to orbit for the next couple of minutes. This time is increased each type of better taunt. Also depending on ship type. A max of 2 minutes.

- Persons blasters (rockets for storm) will be less powerful, also depending on ship type and level of taunt.
