Stuck in Loadingscreen

Hi, i'm getting stuck in loadingscreen when i try to go to starmap & when i try to log on to game. is there a bug? what can i do? i've tried to repair game, restart computer & internet, even tried to play via internet without success... i had just started a sm and neede to go from mars to earth when this started. can anyone plz help? Explicit_Vega
