Stuck at loading screen

Hello guys I am having a problem concerning that endless loading screen, It doesn't end at all, I also face this problem at Dino Storm, but after a many redownloads or maybe few days it worked, but I have not known why is the cause or how, so I am asking again how or what do I do in this certain situation, I am using the client right now, it works at my laptop, but it is not working at my PC. Now could anybody kindly help me. :3

I get this same problem a lot. Sadly, the only solution I have found is to exit the gaming window and log into the game again.
