Story Mish buildings not appearing

Criminal activity
You have to defeat a pirate gang to get something that they robed form a miner. I defeated the gang collected the "thing" and a message came up saying i decide fate (who would say no XD). I Flew back to lustra to find out that the miner thingy had gone. I have gone back to vega 1 to see if the.... thing..... is still there and it is not.

I have then started the mish again and the building is still not there i am in the right planet and i have gone to the area of which you start.

I have also done this mish leaveing the guy alive.

If there is something that i am doing wrong then can you tell me as i have no clue how to do it and its stopping me from progression in the rest of the game

there is nothing with a building on that mission.

mission objectives:

Objective: The old miner's generator has been stolen, fly down to the miner and help.

Objective: Take back the generator from the thieves, old man will then help you find scientists.

Objective: The thieves are heading to the Antares Stargate, follow them to Vega System.

Objective: Thieves en route to Vega 1.

Objective: Bozo Brigade! Attack!

Objective: He begs you to stop shooting and cries for his mummy.

Objective: Collect the generator and take it back to the old miner on Lustra.

Objective: Old miner's location marked on map.

Objective: The old man is dead, the Mantis came and destroyed everything.

Objective: Collect object and bring to Orbit.

Objective: Very interesting information indeed, something in here might help locate scientists.

the object is in the center of 1 of the buildings a lot of time..

when u at the old miner's location > open up sidepanel and look in the targetlist.
u will see the item there.. click on it in the list n ur ship locks on it.. collect.

Where does the generator come from?!?! The Building called graviation reactor needs it to function

I did pick up the item the problem that im having is at the part of:

Objective: Collect the generator and take it back to the old miner on Lustra.
(I do this fly to lustra surface)
Objective: Old miner's location marked on map. (this part does not happen so where you see him in obj 1 i fly there and there nothing. ) If there was a point on the map that i should fly to then i would go there.

You get me now. There was a building called Gravitation Reactor when i first started the quest that is visible to me (if it was not part of my quest it would be clear wound it not)which is why i thought it was meant to be there.

Either way the old miner is not there to get the thing and there is still nothing on Vega 1 for me to collect....

I dont know what happened but the building was there upon doing this mish for the 4th time......
