Hello every one!!! At the moment its very hard for me to focus and to concentrate on my problem as I am with a big flu ,and that together with not been able to login to my account since the 24/09/2010 its making my life hell...I made a number of ticket reports some I got answer back some I didn't but the ones I got answer back was just to direct me to a post on the forum that didn't was very helpful at all ,saying that i add to wait patiently for the 28/09/2010 so that all the accounts would get transferred from bigpoint to Splitscreen Studios ,and i have done just that,but now the 28 has come and gone and my account still is left in limbo,in fact today is the 02/10/2010 ,a full 8 days after and still every ticket report I fill up I get the same answer ,directing me to a post on the forum,Please guys if you see that is no way that I can get my account back for what ever reason I would much prefer to be told the trued instead of been kept Hanging High and Dry...also I'm falling behind and my competition is passing me for miles ,my clan members are living to other clans in search of help because me and other key members are stuck in the login,its just not fair that some one that spends 52 days of is live playing a game should find him self in this helpless situation....I'm not a coward and I'm not afraid of starting a all together new game and be a noob again but what scares me is the same thing happening all over again....so please i think you can see that I need your help desperately , and I would be very grateful for your help...Thank you so much.

in bigpoint when I try to login it sends me to this white page,http://en.bigpoint.com/logintogame/410/
and on SplitScreen Studios portal it just says that my name and password are not good.

yes the bigpoint portal is down there is no way to play from bigpoint i dont know why on the news and announcements it says we can still play at bigpoint when we can not!!! so all you have to do is wait like me to get converted.

There are players who still can login via Bigpoint. My friend is one of them. I am also waiting since 24/09 to login but I get the same screen as kntrider does. The problem lies with the acounts with special characters in them (like mine) or those who already created the same account in Splitscreen. I hope they will solve it fast.

Compared to Bigpoint, Gamigo are brilliant. Bigpoint: the company of shameless rip offs. Any of you who have played that bigpoint game will know what Im on about...

lol dude bigpoint is just having trouble now when players are moving. Ive never seen a probelm with bigpoint before. and btw plz NEVER say Gamigo is brilliant! Even compared to someone, because it would be a lie.

its 10 days now that cant use /play .. ....PLS FIX this A.S.A.P ...our membership is running .when we can play..when our membership is finish?? what a waste of money...as one of MONEY SPENDING player like Me and kntrider ...this is really unfair I send ticket to support many times but they always say READ FORUM..reading forum DONT FIX THIS PROBLEM ....WE spend money in this game for better gaming and to support this game..so...PLS FIX As Soon As Possible

Finally my account is working again and also the conversion from bigpoint to splitscreen studios went smoothly ,with no problems at all .I'm very happy and excited to be back to the game,and I think that splitscreens done very good ,but I still say that they could have kept us informed about the situation a bit better,and also compensate us for the three weeks of lost membership....over all I give Splitscreen studios a 6 out of 10 ..... thank you so much to every one that helped solve this problem ;D
