"Standby Mode" For attack droid

Why not make a standby mode for it???

Like click on it: Disable.. it no longer attacks anyyythiiiing..
Kamikaz.. It attack whatever .. yooloo
Defensive mode.. it only attacks whats attacking the player's ship..

Done ! Perfect ! :O

Thanks guys for liking it.. Well.. I dont understand.. Why not ?! :O.. Why make sniper ship w mantis magnet with out attack droid ? :O.. Why can't we control.. In the end.. It is a part of "OUR" ship..

Just like our blasters.. We use them to shoot at targets "WE" Choose.. You dont see an SB running arround hitting Zigas for fun ..

This really should be considered.. Would really help.. Plus it would give the sniper abit of advantage.. Since it's called "Paper ship" in both Draconis and Sirius system.. Kinda unfair for those who loves flying snipers such as me.. Even though I don't really mind the HP.. It's how you fly it. But this Attack droid Idea.. Will certainly help.. I know I sold my att droid and never bought one since ever due to this silly problem..

Devs, admins, I really console you to consider this idea.

As we have many new Drones in the game why is this an issue?

Need More HP add the The A101 Armor Drone.

Need Blaster power well maybe you are one of the lucky few that got the exclusive Spanish firepower-boosting Drones.
Add that to your ship.

Need help with killing Mantis well that's what the attack droid is for.
The concept is simple set loss the attack droid and it go's after nearest enemy.
To have it turn on and off ? The reset bar will not stop so why turn it off?
If the Devs. made it to be toggled on and off then others will want this for there other items as well.
This seems simple, but in the overall scope of the game not practical.
No weapons or other items have very been this way, with the exception of Pirate mode.

Remember to keep your droid on a leash, it to can break the new COC 3 rules.

None of us are talking about the drones from the events at all. We're talking about the attack droids, the ones only Sniper ships can have and how it would be helpfull and good if we could have some measure of control over what they do or do not attack.

^---- Exactly, you mixed up everything there Admin, Dones and Droids.. We here are talking about the "Attack Droid" Not the dones from Event.. We should have rights to control it as it does "belong" to us, it is Ourss.. So why not be able to tell it what to do..

No one mentioned the CoC until you did, and that's not even the point of the topic. The OP was suggesting an added measure of control over what the snipers attack droids fire at as opposed to letting them run rampant targeting what ever happens to be in the way, including NCPs.

Plus if you have an issue with them being called Droids instead of Drones why not suggest a name change to splitscreen instead, since they are the ones who named them attack DROIDS, which is what they are commonly known as now in game, I've never heard them refered to as drones by anyone other than you.
