I decided to post my idea for a better squadron system, I personally think it is a great idea, and Leucetius thought so as well. So, I thought it would be nice if we had the option to land near any of the players in the squadron, instead of just the leader, i thought we could do something like this for the list;XaeSword said:

Obviously they wouldn't have the little trash can icons, but generally that's what my vision is, and for the option to land at LZ;

This button would be below the list of squad mates.
So that's my idea, please give it thought, I'm sure other players would benefit from this as well!
