Ive suggested this before and ill suggest it again...
When you open the Squad window, you will see a drop box.. with 3 maybe 4 options,
1. Free for All - Everything that drops all squad members can see, and cry is split equally.
2. Leaders Currency - All cry picked up will goto the Squad Leader at normal amount, Squad Wingmen will see the message '0 Cryonite Recieved'.
3. Wingmans Currency - Opposite to the above, More then 1 Wingman will split the cry between them.
4. *Energy for All - any Wingman or Squad Leader that collects Energy, it will be split and given to all members.
*This would first need to be implemented into the game, and it wouldnt be in the drop box, it would be a compulsary feature to the Squad
