whats happening here?

osirus comes online stating that everything is fixed at gamigo their end..
next thing u restart all game servers..
now when the servers are back online tghe problem is worse then before the restart!!!

why do we get fed info that things are fixed when they apparently arent?!?

where is the problem now?
at gamigo's end or at SplitScreen's end?

just gives us valid info next time.. both of u.. Gamigo and SplitScreen.

Wir werden um 18:30 die Server erneut hochfahren. Ab diesem Moment können gamigo User dann auch wieder ins Spiel.

so the germans know that gamigo users can log in after 18:30 at 17:00
and we dont get a word from SS on english server..

what is this for favourisme??

i guess our money and game hours are not good enough to give us the same info.

i opted many times before for a serverwide info drop on all servers when it comes down to a problem concerning all servers.
this also not the first time i catch u guys giving info on other server while leaving us in the dark.

the quote in my previous post comes from a topic where there a bunch of info on whats happening during the log in bug.

like SS and Gamigo came together with the solution <meaning the problem had at both ends factors that had to be solved> while you guys tell us it is only at Gamigo's end.

we want the same info at the same time as any other server.
this is not hard to accomplish.. it's just a protocol gm's have to follow.. that would be the only change.
if SS try to be a professional company then this kinda amatur info distribution is not really helping.
at all servers we have the same right to info when there is info that concerning all servers.

I'm sure i posted this info in another thread but i was also away early that day. You already stated yourself that it was a Gamigo authentication problem. We have no control over that and they have fixed it now.

You really try to pick at us at every possible situation. Take a vacation and chill out.

maybe u should get the game in a normal shape..

-time table on traveltime <hyperspace> is not same as timetable in graphic engine.
they dont have the same travel time which result in u flying against a panet/gate for an extra 30 -till 60 secs.sometimes even longer. the other day i was flying to earth and my ship went passed earth for a while then turned around n headed for earth and orbit.<is this a scheme to make us pay more cry for the jump? LOLZ>

-blasterbug, that makes u use more then u need to use coz of the extra shot after u killed the mantis.

-in cq tech is buggy from all sides.. 1 sec afterburns, same for speed act and att charge on cq ships.even stun ships have problems with their speed acc sometimes.
repairfield sometimes is active in techbar but no green disc above ship.

dunno.. i say this out of despite? these are minor problems and u rather be working on revamping systems then fixing the mechanics in the game?

am i launching a full attack on SS for another reason then wanting the best game experience possible?

Yes there many issues that need fixed.. more than you know! The devs are trying hard and working overtime like ants. they are working on like 10 bugs at a time but some spawn more. it's complex stuff and they need time to solve them.

Please be patient with us.
