[SOLVED] Solaria Server - disappearance of items and friends

Finished about 1900 hours and restarted 2345; however, all my friends disappeared as well as my ship's items. At present, I am standing on Vega 4 rank 10 with a rookie-ship.

Anybody have any suggestions??

I have lost all friends and orbit button and side panel in BOTH the new servers! In the USA server I am stuck in orbit with no top buttons visible to go anywahere.

My name in those two servers is "Santa".

Ditto. Stuck in Vega 1 orbit, in starter ship. I have only substandard blaster and substandard collector. I should have also substandard afterburner and substandard repair droid. I have no PM button, no land on planet, no hanger and no starmap buttons. Also, the blue bar at right with 3 arrows for map and missions is gone. I can log into my Askone pilot and everything is ok so I am fairly sure it is not a problem on my end. I understand this is a new server online only today and hope you can fix it soon. My pilot name on Solaria is R3_141592654. My pilot name on Askone is Chas88.

P.S. It is not good for Santa to be stuck in orbit in his sleigh. How will the children get their presents?

I have sent the requested bug report; not much I could contribute since the disappearance happened during my log-out time. Hope you can help to get friends, items and server back. Thanks anyway

guys, just a recommendarion; Solaria is a new server for a new market and its buggy since 24 March whih is almost 72 hours! not a great entrance, isn't it?

may i suggest - get to it - please, it's the weekend and we all would like to be playing.

Easy there Reldan. This is a new server and yes there are bugs. I have the same problem still, but yelling at them will only make matters worse. If you really want to get playing, there are like 5 other servers to play on that are working correctly. Currently I am playing my Askone account (almost lvl 60) while waiting.

sbatten, do not "easy" me; if you would read correctly, I am praising splitcsreen for communicating with us which is always a good thing. So, befor you moralize - start reading.

However, I am still locked with rookie-ship on Vega 4 surface.
