[SOLVED] SOLARIA SERVER 2nd attempt

Hi Guys,

We are now writing ever since March 24, 2010 about the problems on Solaria. We are locked at various locations, lost the boddy list, lost items, lost weaponry and worse could not play for almost a fortnight. Therefore, PLEASE could you answer and enlighten us on what solution you suggest for the problems mentioned above??? If it's easier for you here is a list:

1. Locked at various locations ( I am locked on planet surface)
2. Lost the entire boddy list
3. Lost lvl 10/12 items
4. Lost lvl 12 blaster
5. Lost a fortnight of fun

Since this is the American server, please show us some American service devotion. Looking forward to be hearing from you guys soon.

Hello Reldan could you please provide us with your pilot name in order to fix your problems?

Well it still is DaveBowman (see bugreport dated 25th March -by e-mail- and postreply dated 30st March). Hope you can help me this time. ;)

You can orbit now and change zones, the rest of problems will be looked at by Delloda :)

hi i have problems on american server my pilot name is Mckay im locked inside vega 1 hangar and i have been there for almost 3 weeks im very disapointed at this as i haven't been able to do a thing i need this prob;em sorted out and i want some kind of compensation due to this problem ive had astrix take alook at this as i was stuck in orbit he transported me onto the surface where i was still not able to do anything so i podded and rescued to find i was stuck in hangar and thats where i still are at the moment im disapointed at the service and help i have recieved

Now you can change zones I unlocked it for you.when you have any problem next time you dont have to wait for three weeks to report it here, you must do it directly. Regular Gms have limited commands , you should post it directly or send a ticket to support@pirategalaxy.com.

I'm sure I did a post and told everyone with this problem to contact a senior GM member to get this fixed a few weeks ago?!?

I don't want to do the finger-pointing, however, just let me say this: the proplem started on March 24th and I wrote the bug report (using the e-mail address indicated then and here as well) one day later. Nothing happened and I also did not see a senior GM; what was left to us is documented in this forum (Solaria Server - disappearance of items and friends) and the number of hits (254 todate) and answers (25 todate) should give you something to think.

So I am waiting on how long the entire correction will take; unlocked I am but the rest is still an open issue. Just as a reminder let me list the open topics:

1. Lost the entire boddy list
2. Lost lvl 10/12 items
3. Lost lvl 12 blaster
4. Lost a fortnight of fun

You can not expect us to re-equip the ship again with our hard earned crys? Can you? Hope you will find a solution soon.

Suggestion, just do it the American way - think of your clients! Or, as Kennedy once said:

Don't ask what your clients can do for you, ask what you can do for your clients

I unlocked and equipped well over 60 ppl who have sent in tickets and pmed me online and offline. Vega items are hardly difficult to find and replace to be honest. Drop me a pm when you are on i can replace some of the stuff you lost. I have asked ppl to PM me and mail me for weeks.

I have no idea how you slipped through the net. There was a few ppl who sent in tickets without mentioning their pilot name or server and when we replied asking for the info so we can assist; we got no reply. Maybe you are one of them
